Joshua Tree for NYE

Clearly, this post is a little overdue! A few girlfriends and I went to Joshua Tree for a few days around New Years.  This was all of our first trips to JT and it had been long overdue. We were so excited to head to the desert and the landscape did not disappoint.

The campsite where we stayed, Joshua Tree Lake.  Camp hosts were very nice and friendly. 38 degrees at 5:45 PM All of JT Park campgrounds were full.

Chels can build a mean fire! She was a genius and had saved toilet paper rolls and lint as fire starter. It worked splendidly. Would recommend saving this for your next camping trip.
