I tend to be more of a spring forward gal myself but I am trying to get more on board with wearing flannel and curling up at home with a good book reality show. I do not love that it gets dark now at 5:30pm but I am trying to adjust. Here is what I have been doing!
I try not to get all pumpkin crazy, but Rouge’s Pumpkin Patch Ale is in a class all its own. If you see the bright orange bottle I suggest you pick it up.
More pumpkin carving. I am not quite sure what this is or was supposed to be… looks like goblin babies inside of a skull.
Have you heard of the Hotel Majestic in San Francisco? I am going to go out on a limb and say that you probably haven’t in which case I am going to give you a real good tip. This place should become the place you take any out of towner to or maybe a friends outing or date date. Whatever the case may be, Mike the bartender will show you a spectacular show and provide you with fantastic cocktails.
Want a spicy cocktail…? He can do that!
Want something sweet and sparking, he can make that too!
One of my favorite breweries in the city is Magnolia and a few saturdays back I was able to steward a home brewing competition. Stewarding is a fun way to get to know more about home brewing, connect with local home breweries in your area and in this specific case have some amazing Magnolia Brews and BBQ.
The Los Gatos Creek Trail is a great place for walkers and joggers a like to get in some cardio.
Followed by a Mocha with homemade whip cream of course! I like to live large at Great Bear Coffee.
