The Freedom Trail…and where to eat and dessert

If you are in Boston, you should follow the Freedom Trail.  If you can go on a weekday it will probably be less crowded which in my opinion is better! The Freedom Trail is a wonderful way to see the city but also learn more about our nation’s history and walk where are forefathers walked.

I think the best of my trip.IMG_3743 IMG_3744 IMG_3745 IMG_3746 IMG_3747 IMG_3748 IMG_3749 IMG_3751 Boston HarborIMG_3754 IMG_3755 IMG_3757 IMG_3758 IMG_3759 IMG_3760Most places you go to in North Beach will be amazing but Giacomo’s Ristorante should be tried.  Be prepared to get in line at 3:30 they open at 4. We got there right at 4 and had to wait in line for 45 minutes. TOTALLY worth it – but if you don’t like waiting get there early.IMG_3761 IMG_3762 IMG_3763 Modern Pastry is also a must stop in Boston. Mamacita you need a cannoli here. There will be no regrets! Even if you gain a few inches around your hips…IMG_3764 IMG_3765 IMG_3766 IMG_3767 IMG_3768 Variety is the spice of life… you can pick and choose your cannoli, filling and topping.IMG_3771 Goodnight from the blood moon! Thats the best I could do on my iphone. IMG_3772

IF you can’t already tell I had an amazing trip filled with eating, drinking, sightseeing and my jeans not fitting anymore!
